By accessing or using TaxBatchPro (the "Service"), provided by Mastador Ventures LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TaxBatchPro provides AI-powered bank / credit card statement conversion and categorization services. We transform PDF bank / credit card statements into Excel/CSV formats and provide automated IRS Schedule C categorization.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload.
• You must ensure you have the legal right to process the bank / credit card statements you upload.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for verifying the output data before using it for tax filing or official accounting purposes.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require payment. Pricing for different tiers (Solo, Professional, Accountant) is displayed on our Pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).

• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service.
• Cancellations: For the first 14 days of your subscription, please email our support team at support@taxbatchpro.com to cancel. After 14 days, you can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your dashboard.

5. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to your data. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

TaxBatchPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

While our AI categorization is highly accurate (95%+), it is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. Users must review all categorizations.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
